WAYS OF PAYMENT

Cash, credit cards (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTER CARD, VISA ELECTRON), bank transfer.

BOOKING IS GUARANTEED

Upon receipt of advance payment in the amount of one day’s room price, at latest within 3 days of the date of confirmation of booking. If a booking is accepted later than 3 prior to arrival, the advance payment is to be done on the same day. Your guaranteed booking may be cancelled free of charge or modified to other dates 14 days prior the date of arrival. A room with guaranteed booking will be available to you till midnight.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

You can cancel your guaranteed booking free of charge 14 days prior the date of arrival. If a guaranteed booking is cancelled later or in case of no show a guest is charged a fee equal to the total amount of the booking.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Should a guest leave earlier than it was confirmed in their booking the hotel shall apply an early departure fee in the amount of the price of a booked night plus VAT.
